In the second grade, Terra co-produced, wrote and directed a two-night sold out variety show, casting the neighborhood kids as leads and partnering with her father to design a functioning theater in their basement. The critics were kind and the performance is still legendary on the cul-de-sac that is Eric Circle. So began her love of storytelling coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit that has served as a common thread in her career to date. Terra was a video producer and post production supervisor at Blue Collar Productions in her early career and went on to produce digital short form content at Whalerock Industries (FKA BermanBraun). Believing that brands can enhance content when produced correctly, Terra began developing custom branded content based on advertiser themes and inclusive of organic product integration to drive positive engagement and awareness. Based on the success of the branded content model, Terra grew a team that specialized in unique advertiser integration opportunities “beyond the ad”. This thinking resulted in her overseeing the ad sales and integrated marketing team at Whalerock where she also helped to launch a number of digital brands such as Mom.me, Wonderwall, Purple Clover, Tested and Mandatory. Now with more than 12 years of experience in entertainment and eight-plus years in digital media, Terra joined LightWorkers in March 2017 as the Vice President, Revenue and is now overseeing LightWorkers in a General Manager capacity inclusive of content, marketing, social, product and new business development. Encouraged by LightWorkers social growth and engagement, Terra is excited to use storytelling to shine a light on good news at time when it is needed most. She believes whole heartedly in the strength of storytelling as a way to build bridges and connect people in a way that can touch a personal and emotional cord; ultimately inspiring people to act and better the world around them.
