Christians across the nation are still expressing grave concerns over a proposed California law that would outlaw speech on issues ranging from homosexuality to gender identity. CA Assembly Bill 2943 would declare biblical books and Christian conferences dealing with biblical views as fraudulent under the state’s consumer fraud statute.

My Faith Votes CEO, Jason Yates, explained why this is a First Amendment issue and not just about religious liberty. “This is a First Amendment right that not only people of faith should be concerned about, but I think everyone should because it’s telling people how they should think.”
