SPRINGDALE, Ark. — Dr. Ronnie Floyd, president of the National Day of Prayer Task Force, releases the following statement in response to the Senate’s 51-46 vote on the Pain Capable Unborn Children Protection Act.
“We have to ask ourselves: where’s the line when political gain matters more than human suffering? My heart is broken for the countless innocent babies who will suffer terribly because of this decision. It’s broken, too, for the hearts of the 46 senators who showed no compassion and voted against this bill. America, we desperately need God.”
