SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC), the world’s largest Evangelical Latino organization along with its Puerto Rico chapter heads, in partnership with Convoy of Hope, will hold an imminent press conference today, Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 2pm EST to address the latest updates from on the ground in Puerto Rico and Mexico City. Time will be allotted to media for Q&A.

The NHCLC — in partnership with mega-churches throughout America — has identified Convoy of Hope as the primary conduit for the distribution of immediate resources to address the basic needs of families across the island of Puerto Rico and Mexico City. The NHCLC is encouraging 40,000 + U.S. based churches to donate to Convoy of Hope for this response.

Originally planned for Monday, the tele-conference has been moved to today, Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 2pm EST, due to worse than expected conditions in both locations.
