[Media Advisory] Thousands from First Baptist Dallas to March Through Downtown Sunday Night in “March for Eternal Life”

What: The “March for Eternal Life” with Dr. Robert Jeffress and the congregation of First Baptist Dallas through the streets of downtown, accompanied by two New Orleans style marching bands and carrying a 16-foot-tall by 11-foot-wide brightly illuminated cross. The event is free of charge and open to all.
When: Sunday, March 25, 2018. A concert featuring the First Baptist Dallas Choir and Orchestra and Grammy award-winning artist, Sandi Patty and culminating in the observance of the Lord’s Supper will begin at 6 p.m. The March will begin at 7:30 p.m.
Where: The March begins at the First Baptist Dallas Fountain and culminates at Klyde Warren Park (2012 Woodall Rodgers Freeway, Dallas, TX 75201)

As organizations across the country march in support of causes like the March for Our Lives, thousands from The First Baptist Church of Dallas, led by Dr. Robert Jeffress, will march to celebrate the beginning of Holy Week with the “March for Eternal Life” on Palm Sunday evening, March 25, 2018. Central to the march will be the 16-foot-tall by 11-foot-wide brightly illuminated cross carried through the streets of downtown Dallas.

Marchers will carry the illuminated cross from the church to a downtown park. Two traditional New Orleans style brass bands will lead the way. When the marchers arrives at the park, the First Baptist Dallas Choir & Orchestra along with musical guest, Sandi Patty, will lead the crowd in worship. Dr. Robert Jeffress will share a powerful gospel message.
