LOS ANGELES — Amidst dual crises at CNN over blatant reporter bias, resulting in the termination of three senior CNN employees and another senior producer admitting CNN has pursued Russian conspiracy theories in a ravenous pursuit of ratings, PragerU has taken on a subject commanding the interest of millions of Americans this week, Fake News.

“You can complain about the rightwing slant of Fox News all you want, but leftwing ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC and CNN have, combined, almost 10 times the viewers.  

“Look, the chief journalist at ABC is former Clinton operative George Stephanopoulos, the president of CBS News is David Rhodes, the brother of a former senior Obama staffer. Comcast, which owns NBC, is run by a major Democrat donor. Same for the leadership at CBS and Time Warner which owns CNN.

“Only 7 percent of American journalists identify as Republican. And while a lot of news outlets forbid their reporters to donate to candidates, 96 percent of those who did donate last time out, gave to Hillary Clinton.”

Klavan, goes on to cite “three rules of mainstream journalism that can turn any story, true or not, into Fake News.”

Andrew Klavan’s five-minute commentary on Fake News is PragerU’s second video release this week. On Mondayauthor and radio host Larry Elder argued that the Democratic icon, John F. Kennedy, wouldn’t even be a Democrat in today’s America. His positions would place him squarely in the Republican Party. The video, which garnered over a million views in its first 48 hours, notes President Kennedy’s support of lowering taxes, opposing abortion, supporting gun rights, and strengthening the United States military.
