[Release] Centennial Institute Applauds Navigable Waters Protection Rule

Jan. 23, 2020
LAKEWOOD, Co. — Jeff Hunt releases the following statement after the Trump administration announced new rules regarding waterway protections:

“As a former river guide, I care deeply about the quality of the rivers in Colorado. Each summer, I enjoy these rivers with my children. The Trump Administration provided important clarity with the Navigable Waters Protection Rule protecting our waterways while giving property owners and states more control over their land.”

The Centennial Institute at Colorado Christian University works to enhance public understanding of the most important issues relating to faith, family and freedom. As part of this endeavor, the Institute focuses its efforts on conducting research, analyzing public policy options and sponsoring seminars, conferences, and other activities that involve students, faculty, staff and outside experts.
