WASHINGTON—Founded in 1948, the world-class manufacturer of control equipment used extensively in oil and gas production in North America and around the globe,

Kimray Inc. has made a generous donation in honor of its employees, to the forthcoming Museum of the Bible. The 430,000-square-foot Museum will open its doors to the public this November in Washington, D.C.

As part of the donation, each employee of Kimray Inc., along with any family members who wish to participate, can have their names permanently displayed inside the museum for generations to come as part of the museum’s One Million Names Initiative.

“As a company that strives to honor and reflect biblical principles in all we do, we are pleased to support Museum of the Bible and for our Kimray family to be included in the One Million Names Wall,” said CEO of Kimray Inc., Thomas Hill III. “When my grandfather, Garman Kimmell, started Kimray, he made it a priority to operate the company in this way, and supporting Museum of the Bible is one way we acknowledge Kimray’s heritage and the values that guide us each day.”

We are so honored by Kimray’s generous gift to Museum of the Bible and for their endorsement of this institution,” said Museum of the Bible President Cary Summers. “Now, Kimray employees and their family members will forever be etched into the Museum of the Bible. We see Kimray as a role model for others to follow and we look forward to other companies and organizations adding their employees’ names to that very same wall.”
