PHOENIX — Greg Laurie will be speaking at the West Valley Good Friday Breakfast this morning, at 7:30 a.m., at the Wigwam Resort. The gathering, which will be attended by more than a thousand Phoenix-area business leaders and pastors, will inaugurate the Easter weekend in prayer and will look ahead to the upcoming June 11 Harvest America.
“We are meeting today, as pastors and leaders, to remember that before Easter Sunday there was a Good Friday,” said Pastor Greg Laurie. “On the Cross, God treated Jesus as if He had lived your life. He did this so He could treat you as if you had lived his life. That’s the Good News of the Gospel and that is the message I will be proclaiming here in Phoenix on June 11.”
Harvest America is an annual, nationwide stadium event which is free to attend. This year it will be held at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on June 11. Those within driving distance of the Phoenix area are encouraged to attend this unticketed outreach event in person.
For those who are unable to travel, the event is also streamed live to thousands of participating host locations across the country—including churches, theaters, businesses, and living rooms—as well as simulcast worldwide on Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN). Featuring performances by NEEDTOBREATHE, Phil Wickham, and Trip Lee and with a message of good news by Greg Laurie, the goal of Harvest America is to impact a nation desperately in need of hope.
Local groups and churches can sign up to host the live simulcast of Harvest America 2017 via the online portal here.
