EL CAJON, Calif. — The impact of the teaching and broadcast ministry of Dr. David Jeremiah was on full display this month as Dr. Jeremiah preached to 160,000 people in five separate services at Calvary Temple in Hyderabad, India. The church, pastored by Satish Kumar, is the largest church in world.

Kumar noted that he learned to preach and teach the Bible, not exclusively as a result of formal theological education, but by watching Dr. Jeremiah’s program on Christian television. Also, Pastor Kumar called upon Dr. Jeremiah to join him in commissioning Kumar’s own son to full time ministry during the special services.

Turning Point is also rejoicing upon learning from Worthy Publishing that more than 500,000 Jeremiah Study Bibles are now in the hands of people across the country and around the world.
