LYNCHBURG, VA — Dr. Tim Clinton, president of the American Association of Christian Counselors, issues the following statement in observance of Friday’s March for Life and the National Sanctity of Human Life Day, Monday, Jan. 22:
“Today thousands of Americans raise their voices for those who cannot raise their own. Human life is a precious gift from God that must be honored and protected. As believers, we must not grow weary speaking truth to a culture. In the name of personal choice, there have been nearly 60 million preborn babies aborted since Roe v. Wade.
“We stand for life. We stand for the unborn. We stand for parents. We encourage churches and communities to be the hands and feet of Christ to families and children who need love, encouragement, education and support.”
