GAINESVILLE, Ga. — Pastor Jentezen Franklin issues the following statement applauding those in Washington, D.C. today for the March for Life:
“It’s encouraging to see a growing number of Americans, especially young Americans, descend upon our nation’s capital for the March for Life each and every year. They demonstrate to our lawmakers the strength and commitment of the pro-life cause. This is a march for justice; a reminder that there are many courageous voices speaking up for the voiceless.
“It’s an uphill battle we’ve been facing as we seek to protect the sanctity of life, yet modern technology is showing us more and more each day the unique masterpiece that is every child within a mother’s womb. Even more remarkable is the fact that God had each of us in mind not simply before we were born, but before the very foundation of the world. Life is sacred at every stage, and so we will never compromise our commitment to the right to life for every child.”
Jentezen Franklin is the senior pastor of Free Chapel, a multi-campus church with locations from coast to coast.
