With past clientele ranging from Fortune 500 corporations and values-based brands to some of Hollywood’s most iconic producers in film and television, Andrew is a creative force in the marketing and entertainment worlds.
Starting his career with GWC, a Los Angeles based creative agency and content production house, Andrew spearheaded the messaging and creative execution of projects for such storied brands as Sonic Drive-In, Farmers Insurance, WellPoint, Sexy Hair Inc. and more. From concept ideation to scripting and executive speech writing, Andrew worked directly with top marketers to craft both internal and external communications and media productions. With extensive experiences in leadership and sales conferences, traveling road shows, marketing exhibits and live-event activations, Andrew developed a keen sense of how to adapt messaging to fit both live and virtual audiences on both stage and screen. Forging strong relationships with company executives, Andrew led GWC in sales and total revenue in his final year with the Agency.
Pursuing his passion of production and storytelling, Andrew started his own production and content marketing company that partnered with ad agencies, PR firms other production houses. Clients included DBA Worlwide, Chick fil A, Farmers Insurance, Pacific Dental Services, ZipRecruiter.com and more. Represented at The Gersh Talent Agency as a show creator and producer, Andrew also worked with development executives throughout Hollywood creating original broadcast formats and television properties.
Employing his background in both Marketing and Entertainment, Andrew joined United Artist Media Group (a Mark Burnett | Hearst | MGM Company) as the VP of Premiere and Grassroots Marketing coordinating press and media tours while collaborating with NBC, TLC and Paramount launching TV and Film properties. Of note, Andrew was a key leader of the team that successfully premiered A.D. The Bible Continues on NBC to over 11 million viewers and as the #1 show in America.

Melody Matzdorff brings a unique passion for administration and people to the KAIROS Company that only a feisty New Englander could. She is a lover of strong coffee, large snow storms, and carries an innate desire to see others succeed.
After graduating from Liberty University in 2012, she immediately began to work as the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Communications and Spiritual Development, integrated not only with the public relations for the university, but also in the programming and scheduling of the university’s Convocation — one of the largest weekly gatherings of Christian college students.
Following her years at Liberty, and attaining her Masters in Business Administration, she joined the newly minted KAIROS team in 2015.
In addition to her professional career, Melody brings unique experiences to the team, including her work on staff with the local church and leading teams of college students to bring humanitarian aid to remote regions of Eastern Europe.
Originally from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Melody now lives with her husband and beautiful baby boy by the Blue Ridge Mountains in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Born in Guatemala, bred in Honduras, educated in Virginia: Jonny is a communicator, learner, and lover of good stories and warm humor. His upbringing in Latin America cemented in him a deep value for relationships and his education instilled a passion for exploring foreign cultures and studying theology and literature. Professionally, Jonny holds a degree in public relations and advertising, but his work experience ranges from event planning, to marketing, and publishing.
After interning with the Passion movement in Atlanta and working at Liberty University’s missions department, Jonny has now joined The Kairos Company team as a content advisor and Spanish language specialist.
Jonny lives in hilly central Virginia with his wife Vaughn, who is studying medicine at LUCOM.
Born and raised in New England, Dan holds a degree in Political Science from Liberty University where he graduated in 2010. Since then, Dan has lived in four states along the East Coast and has now spent over two years of his life living outside the United States.
As a project leader for Adventures In Missions, Dan has partnered with countless non-profits and humanitarian organizations and led teams upwards of 50 people in Central America, South America, The Caribbean, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, East Africa, Southern Africa, North Africa, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. He has now traveled to 47 nations in some of the poorest and most destitute of places around the globe. In fact, just this past year Dan himself survived Dengue Fever. And his journey has only just begun. He has counseled hundreds of youth and adults as they navigate the waters of life in community in a foreign country. His passion throughout all of this has been teaching through experience and leadership development, as well as raising awareness of those in need outside our comfort zones.
Just this past year with the Kairos Company, Dan has already traveled to seven countries, many of them in dangerous locations throughout West Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. In each of these locations he has conducted research related to religious violence and has personally recorded the stories of survivors of terrorist attacks and genocide, victims of prison abuse, and those living with the constant threat of government oppression.
When he is not sleeping on a plane soaring over the Atlantic Ocean, he resides in the beautiful foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Gainesville, GA.
Originally from Arkansas, Seth somehow moved from the area without picking up an accent! He holds a BS in Biblical & Intercultural Studies and an MA in Public Policy specializing in Middle East Affairs.
At Liberty University, Seth worked closely with Johnnie Moore to direct the university’s convocation program – the largest weekly gathering of Christian college students in the world. He has flawlessly executed countless events and hosted hundreds of notable guests, from Donald Trump and Mark Burnett to John Piper and David Jeremiah. Also at LU, Seth led teams of students to countries in Europe, Asia, North Africa, and the Middle East on trips designed to expose them to international needs and opportunities.
Seth has years of experience working in the local church, directing marketing and sales initiatives at Chick-fil-A, managing international accounts for an industry-leading local company, drafting million-dollar budgets, and forging fruitful relationships.
Seth is zealous about international engagement, refugee issues, the persecuted church, and is invested in his local church. Seth serves on the board of a ministry focused on working with refugees in the Middle East. He and his wife Lindsay have been married for 5 years and live in Lynchburg, VA with their dogs Hudson and Samson.
Ashton Compton is a Missouri native, Southern California transplant to Nashville, which she has called home for the last six years. A graduate of California State University—Fullerton with a B.S. in Public Relations, she brings several years of publicity experience, working with a variety of extraordinary clientele.
Ashton left small-town Missouri to pursue her dream of obtaining a career in the entertainment industry. During college, she accepted an internship at VH1 in the Creative Department, in Santa Monica, CA, dabbling into the behind-the-scenes television side of the industry. She later gained an internship at a boutique PR firm in West Hollywood, landing an assistant position while finishing her degree. She assisted with campaigns including Oscar-award winning actors and films, red carpet premieres, and a variety of high-profile events. In 2012, she decided to take her passion for publicity to another entertainment-filled city and packed her bags for the Capitol of Country Music – Nashville, TN.
Since being in Nashville, Ashton has created and led national publicity campaigns for established entertainers, up and coming artists, major motion films, and bestselling books, among others. She is passionate about her work and garnering maximum exposure and positive attention to her clientele.
Ashton is a dog mom to a six-pound Chihuahua, Lady Beatrice (Bebe).
